RETURNS & EXCHANGES


At Gattyz Active, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, if we made an error with your order or the item received does not meet our stated standards, please contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to assist.

EXCHANGES

We understand that sizing or order preferences can sometimes change, and we’re happy to support exchanges under the conditions below:

  • Lagos State: within 1–2 working days of delivery
  • Outside Lagos State (Nigeria): within 3–5 business days of delivery
  • International Orders: all international purchases are final and not eligible for exchange

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

For exchanges requested due to customer preference or sizing, customers are responsible for both the return and re-delivery costs. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we’ll cover all related costs.
